Members who attended the Life Saving Victoria venue had a very pleasant experience in a beautiful venue and what a view!
Sue foley organised the entertainment and Kris was fantastic. Look out for her at the Arco Bar in Moorabbin; well worth listening to.
Tony McManus was the compere for the night and he kept things tight. The speeches were succinct, which is a good thing in certain circumstances.
Albert Park organised gifts from Santa for all guests, which was very exciting. We were each given a gift wrapped book and there was a tub of extras for swapping or taking. My book is a great read and I will be passing it on to at least three people as well.
It was lovely to chat with Dale and Maureen Hoy and , as always, the delightful Lili Teichman. Many thanks to all who organised and participated on a fine evening. Special thanks to Matthew Proctor for his efforts.
