READY SET are delighted to announce the appointment of Amanda Connors as Chief Executive Officer of Ready Set.
Amanda joins us following an extensive recruitment process and brings a strong track record of leading transformation and growth across both commercial and not-for-profit organisations. Her experience includes helping shape some of Australia’s most recognised brands, alongside a deep commitment to initiatives that build confidence, connection and access, helping people pursue opportunities, including pathways to employment.
What resonated strongly throughout the appointment process was the combination Amanda brings of both purpose and commercial leadership. She spoke with conviction about the role confidence plays in helping people step forward, access opportunity and build a different future, and she brings the commercial discipline, partnership capability and growth experience to help Ready Set scale that impact.
READY SET also extended sincere thanks to retiring CEO Cynthia Kralik for her outstanding leadership and contribution over the past four years in strengthening Ready Set’s foundations and impact.
Amanda will commence on 7 July 2026. We look forward to this exciting new chapter.
