The Parents Battle of the Bands is ON!
It will be held at The Prince Bandroom, with a total of 5 local primary schools.
Our school’s Parents Band will be performing on:
Thursday, 4th June (doors at 7pm)
All funds raised from ticket sales go straight back to supporting the performing arts and music programs of all participating schools.
Please note: proceeds are shared based on the number of tickets each school sells.
The more tickets our community buys, the more our students benefit!
So yes… the real winners are the schools that rally the biggest crowd 🤘🏼
It’s a legendary night of live music, laughs, and top-notch entertainment (just ask anyone who’s been before).
Plus, it’s a great way to connect with families across different school communities.NEW! As part of this year’s event, Middle Park Primary was chosen for a pilot within a collaboration between PBOB and Rotary. It uses the EarlyAct Club to connect students directly to the impact of the event through leadership, community connection and real involvement, giving them the opportunity to contribute and develop a genuine sense of ownership of something they directly benefit from.
A key part of this pilot is Rotary’s contribution of an additional $20 per ticket sold*, significantly increasing the funds flowing back to the school and strengthening the overall impact for students.
Keep an eye out for the EarlyAct Club as they begin sharing and supporting Southside 2!
*Rotary contribution capped at $1,500, just in case 😉 let’s see if we get there...
