Hello Sue and member of the Rotary Club of Port Phillip.
I hope you are doing well and staying healthy!
I’m very excited to write this email to share with you about my activities this month. I attended a lot of activities in May. It was a good experience and a wonderful memory in my daily life.
Firstly, I want to share with you about my study at PUC University. I just finished the final exam and started the new term. It was unbelievable that I can get A+ in accounting I, A in communication class and academic research not yet release the results. Accounting I class is very new for me, and I never thought I could get A+ in this course. Now, I am waiting for only the academic research class results, it is very nervous for me to see the results. Anyway, I have already started the new term that I have taken for three courses such as accounting II, health education, and introduction to computers. Of course, I really enjoyed the health education class because it let me know about how to protect our health from diseases. I also got new knowledge and the type of disease that often happens in human health. Moreover, introduction to computers is very beneficial for me as well. Even though it is a bit hard for me, it still helps me to know about the basics and definition of computers. By the way, accounting II class is very hard for me even though I have already finished accounting I. From one course to another, it is more difficult for me because It has a lot of difficult vocabulary that I never learned before.  However, I will study hard and join the group study with my friends to improve my ability and my English as well because I think my English is still limited, so I need to improve it. I cannot promise to get good results like this term but I will try my best to get as good a score as I can be.
Second thing, I would like to share with you about family support (FS) activities at Puk district. Before we go to visit the family, we need to buy some food, rice, and dried food from the seller for all the family that we will go to visit them. All the supplies that we provide to all the family, FS team need to ask the family what they need. Then they always told the seller to prepare the ingredients and food before we went to visit the family. On that day, we need to meet each other at the campus at 7 o’clock because we need to go to the market to bring the supplies for all the family. After we prepared all the supplies, we went to visit the family that planned to deliver food supplies for them. I went to visit family with Lun, Sokhey, and Tuk Tuk drivers. During that time, we went to visit Mr. Trung’s family. When we arrived there, he was very welcome to us and our team also greeted them as well. We asked him about family situation and his health as well. He told us that before he lived with his sister but now he stays alone because his sister passed away. In the bad situation, he also has a physical illness that he needs to take medicine every day. Someday he doesn't have enough food and he also told us that sometimes he doesn’t have money to buy medicine as well. We cannot help him much more than bring the food supplies and go to visit him every month. Anyway, when we visit Mr. Trung, we also ask him about what supplies that he needs and the FS team will prepare for him in the next month. We were very happy to see him in person and provide the supplies to him as much as we can. He felt so happy when we went to his house and hoped to see us next month. For me, I really appreciate all the sponsors and FS team that they have a big heart to help the poor families that they really need help. I very happy to join this again and again because I can take this opportunity to help my community and I hope Mr. Trung gets better soon.

Beside FS activity, I have attended Project W (PW) workshop at Tapang secondary school as well. Project W (PW) for education that brings clean water and toilets for rural schools in Cambodia. I joined this workshop as an educator to share the several important topics that relate to clean drinking water, hygiene, plastic, and nutrition to the students in the rural area. You know many students in the rural school don't have enough clean water and some of the students have a lack of knowledge about hygiene and nutrition. Some students, they use the plastic bottle again and again because they don't know about the chemicals in plastic that have a lot of effort on health.  However, we hope that the students have gained valuable knowledge from these lessons and can share what they have learned with family, friends and their community. I really appreciate their participation and involvement with us for these workshops. Anyway, thanks to the PW team that gave me an opportunity to join this activity, it is the part where I can share the knowledge to the children in rural areas. It was a great experience and memory to share and meet them in person. I hope I can have the opportunity to join this activity again in the future.
Thank you so much for your valuable time reading my email every month. I also attached some photos as well.

Best regards
Sreypich
