Helping our colleagues at Rotary Club Prahran feed the homelessLast Friday Rotary Prahran (with Uniting, FareShare, Food Bank & Coles Prahran's help) started a weekly food delivery to 220 homeless people being housed in crisis accommodations around Melbourne. A big thankyou to all those involved.
This was the timeline: 5 June 2020 - Thanks Peter Nicol for helping the team from #RotaryPrahran with packing & delivering 220 packs of food & toiletries to homeless people in emergency (hotel & motel) accommodation this afternoon. It was full on but worth it, the few recipients we saw couldn’t wait to take their packs upstairs! We’re doing this every Friday from now on.
